My Own Shadow Work

I wasn't sure if I was going to share this news until I was certified, but I am so excited that I had to tell you. Stepping into the path of becoming a death doula/ end-of-life caregiver is something that's been on my mind for a few years. Having dealt with grief was too lonely a process and I'd like to become more fluent in it's language to help hold space for others so we may step into our darkest moments fueled by courage and community.
