I am so excited to share the news that I am once again teaming up with my lifelong sister-friend and colleague, Karen Brar. We have shared the stage and produced shows. After years of simmering on how we could reconnect in service, we have reunited to build The Sacred Return
Since the number of years Karen and I have been friends would be an adult by now, you won't need convincing we've seen each other get slammed by life, overcome obstacles, process life, grieve, and grow. We each experienced the dark night of the soul and went on spiritual journeys that presented different landscapes and taught different Indigenous traditions but they carried us to the same place of truth.
Our modalities are rooted in daily rituals that teach us how to sharpen our awareness, become radically honest with ourselves, truly understand love, and take full responsibility for what we get out of life. We are seasoned humans and also seasoned instructors. So we created a program offering our collective knowledge of holistic practices to offer profound healing and transformation.

Weekly Live Circle: 10am EST on Saturdays (75min)
Weekly Reflections, Practices & Rituals to apply the teachings to Daily Introspection
Separate recordings of Live Circle and Weekly Practices, to support you through the week — based on the time you have available in the day.
